I was born in Sydney. Quit school at 15 to enrol in the National Art School. Worked in publishing and advertising in Asia and North America. Further studies in electronic media at Ryerson Institute, Toronto.

In 1972 I returned to Australia and in 1988 held my first one man show in Brisbane. Since then, participated in the usual number of mixed exhibitions (including Amsterdam in 1995, Birmingham in 1999 and San Francisco in 2006) and held another 42 one man shows, here and overseas. In 1993 QPAT sponsored a one man show which toured nationally and internationally.

Represented in private and corporate collections in Alaska, Australia, Canada, HK, Ireland, Japan, NZ, PNG, UAE, UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Singapore, Switzerland and The Netherlands.
